Festival Letteratura Mantua 2025

Once again this year, the Unipol Group is the sponsor of the literature festival Festivaletteratura to be held from 3 to 7 September 2025 in Mantua.

The Festival, now in its twenty-ninth edition, will include 246 meetings and some seventy other events scheduled in and around Mantua. Over 300 national and international guests are expected to take part in interviews, tours, performances and workshops.

Within the Festival, we are the sole partner of the event “AMORE DI MALA”, which will feature Teresa Ciabatti and Roberto Saviano. Together, at Festivaletteratura, they will discuss how to find the desire to love even in a world mired in violence. Saviano and Ciabatti started out in real crime and judicial news to write about couple and parental relationships. The meeting will be facilitated by writer Elisabetta Bucciarelli.

The event is scheduled for 5 p.m. on Saturday 6 September in the iconic Piazza Castello.

The Group is also behind a very fascinating project linked to Carlo Goldoni and his years spent in Mantua. Two tours, scheduled for Friday 5 and Saturday 6 September, will be held by journalist and historian Stefano Scansani.

Stefano Scansani will take participants to performance and culture halls that existed or no longer exist, where Goldoni worked between 1748 and 1750.

The walking tour is one kilometre long, lasts about 90 minutes, including a meeting and return to the Bibiena Theatre.
